I think the hardest part of trying to lose weight is convincing myself that I’m worth it, despite all those voices in my head screaming that no matter how I look, no one will want me.
If you think high school ends after you graduate, you’re dead wrong. High school is a state of mind, where making fun of other people, excluding those people, and gossiping somehow make that person feel superior. All throughout life, you will encounter these people. Somehow, these morons feel justified: “Oh no don’t let her sit with us, she’s just so weird,” “He’s just so antisocial,” “No not blonde kait, fat kate.” This makes me sick. In the end, we’re all just people. No ranks. No one’s better. Just be secure in yourself, your life and your goals. This is something people in the high school state of mind do not understand. Their security comes from feeling superior to others. Without that facade of a high school food chain, they feel empty. When you’re full of hot air, and have no where to fly, you aren’t very special.
hahaha, totally something I would do!
